pre facelift lights to facelift, wiring harness needed

Im thinking about changing the front end of my car drasticly, so selling my oem xenons, but while there off im looking to tempory fit some old prefacelift fitment lights i have. They are aftermarket single units but have the pre facelift round plugs.

Anyone know of where to get a link loom to fit or the part number for the plugs ill need to make one? theres nothing in the scrappy to make one up with. thanks.
