mileage digital readout question ??

this may sound like a stupid question i have had a look in the owners manual but can not find anything here goes when you scroll through the service intervals and so on there is a what i think looks like as a code for some thing its this P\2 it comes after the oil change indicator when you scroll through it . the cars a 1.9tdi on a 57 plate if anyone knows what it is please let me know thanks in advance

you may find that that might be the number of keys mated to the car but im only guessing

on my 2009 with full dis it states Number Of Keys 2/2
