New HU advice - need BT, ipod control, 3 preout

Looking for a budget HU, that looks understated, if the standard single din factory unit has the features I've listed, I wouldn't change it. It looks like for the price for a decent Parrot BT unit, I can get a new HU.
Also would like the ipod cable to be hidden, not poking out from the front.

I was looking at the Sony MEXBT3900U, ticks all the boxes, except they've stuck the ipod connector/usb at the front !!!

What do you guys suggest ?

Also, any suggestions for some decent speaker for the front I believe they're 4" but 5.25" ones fit with some adaptors? (2002 S3, non bose)
