how do you adjust the headlights on audi a3 sport face lift model

If you have OEM xenons factory fitted then you can't adjust the headlights from inside the car. The self-levelling sensors do that for you. If the sensors are goosed then the beam height may be wrong. Use VCDS to set the lights to MOT test position and have the beams tested.

£250 quids worth of diagnostic equipment. Plenty of members on here have it and there is a user map (do a quick search) of people so you can find one near you who will help. Otherwise take it to a VAG specialist and have it done.
