Rev Counter stuck?

So basically Ignition on engine on etc the rev counter just repeatedly clicks (or ticks) for 5 seconds while it is shaking fast but not really moving. Same as when you turn vehicle off. Trouble is it doesnt actually move ie its stuck near 0. Any idea on this issue?

Took clocks out took what I could apart and it just seems to be sticking. Drove it today and it kind of kicked in but still wont work properly. Here is a video..

Looks like you have a faulty cluster... Also the date is missing from under the time?

Well it actuallly moves now which is a slight bonus as you can see in video aha. I didnt even know the date came up ... lol

You can turn off/on the date display. I'm pretty sure it's in the DIS menu.
