Recommend a wheels refurbisher in north west

Hi all

Can anyone recommend anywhere in the north west (merseyside/lancashire area) to do the lips/faces on my bentley splits? They basically have a few graze marks on all 4 wheels which i want sorting and don't have the time to have a go myself.

Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Tony,

I refurbish my own wheels - I have done about 7 or 8 sets now.

Im no professional and dont do this by trade, however I do get good results.

I basically fill the areas that need attention - kerb marks.etc then wet sand the whole face of the wheel so the paint adheres well.

I use good quality rattle-can paint and then multiple coats of clear lacquer.

Obviously the finish wont be as durable as powdercoating.etc but if you take care of them then you shouldnt have any issues.
