225 18 40's on a 2010 S3

Label says 42psi front and 33psi rear (normally laden). The front seems incredibly high and was wondering what everyone's thoughts are. I've adjusted to the specified just now after finding that ATS had blown 30psi in the fronts after a tyre change.

Did mine yesterday, now running 39-front, 30-rear as stated on the fuel cap. Front was down about 12psi and rear about 4psi. Wow what a difference it has made! Feels far less heavy on the steering.

As per door sticker 42F and 33R. It's says that for a reason! Lol

This may sound stupid but I've just up'd my rims from the standard A3 16inch to the S3 5 spoke 18inch, should I go by the door sticker or do I need a different tyre pressure?
