Clicking from rear hub

Theres a clicking noise from my rear passenger side hub,
Had the car on a jack today and it only happens when it gets to a certain point that it clicks.
When I'm driving it clicks more going over bumps, and left hand corners but if i apply the brakes it stops#

The pads and discs were replaced about 2 weeks ago but I'm not too sure if it was like that before or not

Anyone had this problem before, could it be a bearing on the way out?

Mayby bearing,or if they are groved discs sometimes they can do that.
