v6 2.8 rough idle

Ive read on a few pages that the warm idle on 2.8 V6 engines is a little rough. Im a bit concerned about mine, its only very slightly rough, like a cylinder doesnt fire once in a while.

Is there a way with VAGCOM (i have the full version) that i can monitor coilpacks or misfire issues?
