Hi guys,

Im gonna take the plunge and spray my wheels, a quick question, when sanding down the wheels if i wet and dry them and then de-grease them will that be sufficient considering the wheels are near new, or will i have to sand the lacquer off completely ?

My plan was to just wet and dry the wheels, prime them then spray them ?

Any advice wouldnt go a miss thanks!

If they are in good condtion, and dont need repairing, you only need to key the surface so paint can adhere.
Scotchbrite pads are sufficient. But wet and dry will work too if you prefer.

As for priming, no real need unless they have imperfections, in which case you would fill or high build them, and the flat them after.

Cheers! There is only 1 kurb mark bar that they are in perfect condition.
