Rev COunter not working (flicker)

Ive had this issue since I bought the car but never bother me really (ok it did)

Basically the rev counter does not work, It all lights up with rest of dash and it has tiny flickers but does not move from bottom, Also centre part (assume but that has all the info like mpg etc) displays nothing,

Possibly new clocks but any idea how to fix?

i have the same problem with my rev counter i going to have my clocks refurb in the new year only trouble is car is immobilised for a couple of days whilst the clocks are out of the car . if you fit new clocks you will need it coded to your car
