Replacement gearbox \ clutch - or recon?

My 4th gear Syncromesh has gone, and it crunches.

What are my options to get this fixed the cheapest way.

Im looking at around 800-1000 - just to get rid of this annoying crunch sound, alot of money dont ya think?

Does anyone know a overhauler on gearboxes? or wheres theres a good clutch and gearbox place to get this done cheap?

re-con gearbox should be ok but spend out on a brand new clutch while your at it /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ok.gif
