I'd say that's a external wastegate not a blow off valve but maybe wrong !

Sounds like chatter to me (diesels can do it in the right circumstances, there was a full technical discussion on it on another forum I use).

And I'm afraid you have very little chance of getting yours to do it.

i will try and get a vid before i sell im just using a atmosperic dv but for some reason it chatters instead lol

Spring is too strong for the standard boost to overcome it.
