I would be grateful for some advice please. I have purchaed the car a week ago.
It is a 1.9 tdi 110 manual, 1999.
The car so far has two problems.
The first, the car shudders heavily when cold, this improves gradually when the car gets warm or if I increase the revs by say 100 RPM or so. The RPM normally is showing around 900 RPM
The second, when driving on the motorway, driving on flat or downhill the car does not lose power- say for speed of75mph, however going uphill I cannot hold the speed even when I change down to 4th or 3rd gear.
