dodgy temp reading

hi all, everytime i get into my car on my trip computer its tellin me its -12c after driving round for an hour its slowly reaches the actually temp it is like +10. anyone know what i can do to solve this?

sounds like temp sender or thermostat - it seems that every car here has this problem!
