Oil recommendations for 1.8T

Morning people,

As the title suggests really, My 190 is due her 6 monthly oil change in a few weeks and have been wondering what oil to use. Dont have a budget in mind, just want her running sweet as.

Also any recommendations on a flush??

I use Quantum Platinum in my 190T every 6 months. Always flush before every change.
