Will these wheels fit over LCR Brembo's?

Will my BBS CH reps fit over LCR Brembo's? Offset of wheels are ET35.

spacers needed I reckon. Avus's are et32 and on mine there's very little clearance, 3mm maybe.

With a bit of research on SCN it appears LCR's need minimum 10mm spacers to clear the Brembo's. I'm selling my CH reps and somebody on there with an LCR is interested so this is why i'm asking
