putting car on vag com

finally go my laptop fixed so going to run vag com on my 1.8(non turbo) what should i be scanning? can vagcom detect a vaccume leak?

do auto scan
faults can be stored for leaks but cant find them
iv just had a code and it pointed at the intake haveing a leak
it was the maf

only two codes found... outside temp sensor and coolant temp sensor

cts is cheap from dealer and easy to fit
outside 1 is in the lower front bumper easy to fit
