A mate of mine has just brought a 2000 b5 avant 1.8 se, he brought it round to me as it was running really rough over 3000 rpm. vaccom flagged up a fault code of a vacum switch that bolts to the front end of the inlet manifold. He ordered and changed the switch, we cleared the code, it was still running as before, new code now "lamba sensor after cat" fitted new (audi) sensor still the same, cleared code now a new code altittude sensor or something (he has borrowed vagcom to save me spending the rest of my life out on the drive!) any one any idea's?
Oh forgot to mention someone had already fitted new front lamba sensor (unknown make) before, it is also throwing on engine management light.
Cheers Dave.
