Clutch change in Arosa/Lupo 1.0

Hi, I'm planning to save my girlfriend some cash and change her clutch in Arosa 1.0.
Does anyone have seen any writeups on any forum?
I think it is the same as VW Polo 1.0 before '99.
Never done it before so am a bit worried

pretty straight forward tbh. how you planning on supporting the engine while you take the box out?
