No MAP sensor fitted on AJL the ones you are looking at are for the later APU and B6 applications you need the FMIC suitable for 1.8T AEB as thats the more common AJL alternative.

Check the catalyst for cracks around the turbo flange, white dust could be signs of a catalyst breaking down. what noise is it making can you drop a video/audio file for us to listen too ?

Probably find the tensioner pad has broken off or worn if the chain is really slack they tend to wear through the cam cover so if you hearing a grating noise it could well be that its hitting the cam cover. replace them with INA components they are basically OEM without VAG tax
