Ive had a good search and couldnt find anything.
Does anyone know how to remove the interior rear quarter panel trim from an S3.
Ive had a quick look and cant see anywhere obvious to start to remove it. unless the B pillar trim has to be removed first?
Thanks
Mark
i remember that too JoJo if you look in back issues of Autocar the stats for it are almost exactly the same as the S3's yet the skoda was only meant to have 180bhp.
Autocar did pick up on it though and it had a small write up in the news section a month or so later

You should hit limp mode until you're spiking over 23psi I think.

Had the H valve on my car for about 4 weeks and never hit limp mode once, even had a RR done with it on. I got 310lb/ft and 260bhp.

same here monkey, S3 does most things so well, especially when chipped that there is pretty much little to touch it at the price at the moment.
Im going to test drive an A3 3.2 next week to see if i like that but not sure if ill like the V6 characteristics over the turbo though as i quite like...
Just been to test drive a new Focus ST so thought it only fair to compare it against my current S3
Drove an ST2 in orange, with cloth Recaro seats.
Engine is nice, pulls from really low down the rev range, no even lower down than the S3 like diesel low down, 1500 ish revs. Because of this...
H gives huge initial boost spike i.e.1.7 - 1.8 bar and then is very similar to the standard after that.
the J valves iniitial boost is lower than the H, but seems to hold boost better across the range.
ive got boost graphs of them somewhere at home ill try and post them tonight.

Door moulding is £64 + VAT from dealer
The matching bit for the rear quarter panel is £35.70+VAT from dealer
both parts from VAG Parts come in at £105 delivered, not sure what they are separately from VAG Parts though.

have to agree it does look like misano in the pics.
but i think its just the pics as they are very blue-ish overall, which is think gives the red that 'special' look to it.

i wanted black leather when i bought mine and never even thought about silver but after seeing the two in the flesh the silver brightens up the interior so much, its great
Really easy to keep clean, although dont wear brand new, unwashed dark coloured jeans as you will leave some of the colour...
