Car meets here in the States have gotten so bad, many of today's high-powered muscle cars (Demons, Camaros, Mustangs, etc.) are banned due to the behavior and accidents caused. These high horsepower cars are relatively inexpensive so any chucklehead with a regular job can get a multi-year loan...

So glad we don't have the start/stop function in the US. We have it in our Alfa but when the battery is low, as others have mentioned, that function is one of the first to be shut down. I suggest a battery tender. Have it for all of our vehicles.

Most modern cars are electrical hogs. I know our Alfa does weird things if the battery gets low (lane guidance disappears, start/stop function disappears, etc). Have you checked your battery voltage? I have my RS3 on a battery tender right now.

Well, they got my lights to do the dance! All they had to do was turn on the exterior lights upon unlocking in the MMI. I swear I tried that, but nothing changed when I did it. They did make the changes when the car was running though I don't see how that would make a difference. Oh, well...

If you have used the My Audi app, or the web version, your password could be the same as what you use to log in for the car, so hopefully you have that info somewhere.

That happened to me too, yesterday. Also noticed my info wasn't in My Audi anymore. I'm thinking a glitch that probably affected more than a few folks. Once I logged back in I was ok. My Audi still isn't working right, at least for me.

Now that I got non-polarized sunglasses, I can see the HUD. Unfortunately, neither the Rotation or Brightness adjustments work (the height adjustment works fine). Looks like I'll have the dealer check that out in November for its one year service.

Exactly. In a US forum, I asked if any other 8Y owners had the same issue, and only one other person did. So hey, unique! I'll advise after I chat with the dealer (as long as I remember it. I have a good memory, it's just short).

When I take my car in in November for an oil change, I'll bring it up for the heck of it. Last time I had it at the dealer I forgot all about it. When I unlock it, the front and rear lights just blink (like most cars do).

Don't feel bad, my lights don't do the sequence, front or rear, at any time. No big deal but still.....
