No , that would be too simple ! I'd assumed that as it's basically new any Audi main dealer can sort it out, that's sort of the point.

In fact wife has got back after a 300 mile drive on the new tyres fitted yesterday which are the new Crossclimate+ and says they are much quieter than the other ones.

We had a Thule box on the Q5 which had same problem. Redrilled the box mounts and moved it forward a couple of inches and it was fine. I saw the latest Thule one that was sort of same model was adjustable so perhaps some hunting around, or call Roofbox.co.uk as they are ace.

Good question - I've got a Porsche 993 4s which was used a bit but in reverse order - 2017 S3 Black Ed, VW California Beach (!) which was great but we also have a motorhome which arrived after that so was a bit indulgent and straight after the B8 I had a BMW M5. The RS4 is here to stay though...

We run CrossClimates on the other cars which are AWD year round - bad access, rough and very steep onto a steep driveway. They are very good but not great rim protection at all - sidewall is quite flat. Last set lasted only 7000 miles on the Octavia 4x4 though.
