Im thinking about swapping my clio 172 for one of these as im doing more miles at the mo. what sort of mpg do these achieve and what are peoples opinion on them? I know it wont handle aswell but i think im growing up and want a cruiser rather than a back road screamer
Just had a look at the fitting guide about 50% of the crash bar is removed to allow for the intercooler.
Forge could one be made where the crash barrier doesnt have to be cut which would fit under it maybe? especially since the top section of the cooler is behind the crash barrier/bumper and...
They are very strong and very light weight in comparison to normal cast wheels. More associated with track race cars the wheels can also be adjusted by fitting different sections to allow offset adjustment etc and also repairs. The price of them is also in race car territory!!!
Naaa am probably going to keep my 172 until next year, well done on the purchase it's a nice car!!! did you pay the asking price for it? and were you the guy with the 172 who's girlfriend rang up about it?
Its such a nice car went looking at it yesterday i really really want to buy it but my sensible side is telling me not to and that i should pay off some debt before i get one!!!
Yeah it will be the Thornton one Defo had the MTM's on as i was thinking it was nice to see an S3 without the normal RS4's on might have been a while ago now i remember it being sunny!!

I currently own a clio 172 which goes quite nicely but am looking to swap it for a S3 at some point this year when i find the right one as there seem to be a fair few muntas about!!!
