Hi guys, as some of you know, i run a Scroll products Outlaw turbo, and during one of my last conversations with Sean he said they would do a lot more development if they could get some housings etc to work from.

I will have no financial gain from this so they need to be free except postage, i just feel they could do a lot for us guys if we can help them also as Parts in Poland are very expensive and as such then development work costs more and would have to be passed to the end user etc etc

PM Me or stuuf summat here if you have anything kicking around

Well let him know I sent it might hold well if I pick-up another k04.

I still have my Outlaw to go on my B6 and then I will have a spare k03s which is even bigger than the B5 K03s
 
I will mate. Its just i have one to go off so i thought it would save postage to do a few together and help them out too.

Whats the highest spec this guy can actually take a Bolt on k03/4 turbo to for the longitudinal motors?

Surely there comes a point where you really needing larger housings, and trying to extract more from the small housing just start to cost more and more with less and less gain. The K03 on our motor is tiny when compared with (for example) a T3 on a cossie, and the Cossie T3 is only good for 280-300hp. Surely you reach a point where your having to push the turbo so hard to make the power you're just going to dramatically reduce its lifespan?

Now if the guy was working on larger housings for the K03/4 core, that WOULD be an interesting proposition...

well since i hit my motor and picked up another for spares i have a spare turbo from a 1.9TDi AFN motor - what could they do with that?
 
I know he enlarges the housing via machining on the outlaw turbo's.

They are just getting their own specialist lathe so will no longer need to outsource it so therefore could experiment, at least thats how i read it
 
I have a really really screwed up one... the bearings have seized in it. Wouldnt be able to post till the end of the month tho mate as we are having money situations at the mo.
 
If there is anything i can do to help mate,let me know !! Maybe if you package it, i can organise to get it collected?
 
Errm yeh im sure i could do that... the turbo is at the parents ill get over there tomorrow and pick it up.
