The fronts have more than enough adjustment for everything apart from extreme lowering. I currently have mine set to a very modest setting with probably 2/3rd more thread on the front coils.
They were very easy to setup when new and could easily be adjusted by hand. I would recommend, as I did, greasing the threads to help prevent seizures in future.
The rears are far more tricky to adjust in situ as the spring platform adjuster is tricky to get access to. I dropped lucky with mine and was happy with my initial setting.
Don't let the low price put you off because the build quality is very good. I know they are a "budget" option, but if you spend 99% of your time on the road and not the track, it's a no brainer for me. Even thou they are claimed to be 30% uprated in damping over the oem stuff, I can honestly say the ride is more comfortable than stock but road holding is greatly improved with body roll reduced.
