Post Pics Of Your A4/S4 B9 In Here

Scuba Blue is probably the best standard colour available. My next option would be the moonlight blue, which is the sleeping giant to me (looked black but actually very dark blue).

Blue and Black Pack.. looks great! :)

Thanks, it was a gamble as Audi only recently released the Black pack so no pictures on the net and their help desk did try but couldn't find anything useful.

It obviously comes down to personal taste and mine finds the option colours to be too dark in general. I'd have liked Sepang and hoped for it to become an exclusive option before mine was built. I note you've a Nogaro Blue on order. That'll look great.

Yes 6 months wait is a torture though for Nogaro Blue, but it really matches well with Black styling. at the end, i didn't add exclusive seat package YS1, but just added exclusive extended leather package YSI for the armrest and centre console with Night blue fine nappa with Nogaro Blue stitching. Main seat remains Black fine nappa.

Thought there are more flexibility in UK than in Australia.

I told the dealer the stock colours for A4 are very conservative, wish they get the A/S/RS3 colours... even the nano grey in A3 is better than the Manhattan/monsoon grey IMHO. Scuba blue is my first choice colour during my initial decision.

Evening all,

Long time lurker since I ordered this little beauty back in November. Collected from Liverpool Audi on Tuesday so figured it was time to sign up and share a quick pick in return for all the great info I've seen here! 2.0 TDI Quattro with Tech Pack and the rest as you see from the pic.

Just settling back into the slightly larger car after three years in a Mark VII GTD (A4 B8 3.2, A3 TDI 170 and various other rubbish back to a Pug 405 Mi16 prior to that).

Whilst I loved the GTD and the rather on/off nature of the drive, its good to back in something a bit more comfortable for the 70+ miles to and from work everyday. Its also nice to have some actual off the line traction again! Only down side so far is that I cant help but be reminded of, and miss the nice rumble of 3.2 from the old B8 when I pushed the start button!

Got a good deal from Liverpool Audi via Carwow (15% +) and a good experience for my first brand new Audi. Whilst a bit less attentive than I might have assumed beforehand (I wouldn't have liked being fussed over anyway!) I cant fault their delivery and execution.

Either I've only got eyes for this car now, or the new A5 really is a bit of a bore as I didn't even notice the one in the background until I looked at this photo afterwards :)

Sorry if that's too much waffling for a picture thread!

What's the thing you've got attached to the roof just above the driver's side of the windscreen?

What a disappointing day. My Son and I drove to Coventry to collect my new A4. I was looking forward to getting on with the job but more anxious to cast eyes upon it as I wasn't sure about colour choice what with no available images. After much hanging around and with the presentation suite booked for midday we were told we weren't able to have the car. Apparently, "Audi finance have a problem with their computers. No customers using finance will today collect their cars countrywide." (Really???). My frustration was compounded by having been encouraged by Audi to collect the car today rather than waiting for the first of March as agreed when I ordered in October. After a small rant, more staff getting involved and more waiting we were, against their wishes, allowed to view the car.

I only spent a quick minute walking round it in the preparation area but it was long enough to know I was happy with the way it looked. I informed them that I no longer needed a big reveal in the presentation suite when the car becomes available as the event had lost it's lustre.

I'm not sure what really went wrong. They did seem genuinely embarrassed and sent us away in a new A8 saying they'd call but didn't know what time or which day. Anyway a picture...
What a disaster....can't believe this had a countrywide effect! The new car looks great, and look forward to more pictures from pick up day.

Really like the scuba blue with the black pack. I was unable to find any decent pics of a B9 in Scuba blue with the black pack. So I played the safe option and went for Daytona grey, a small part of me wishes I had taken the gamble!!

I went safe with the Daytona on ordering but changed during the long wait. I've seen both. You won't be sorry. Have mine now and am loving it. A couple of surprises bit many smiles. Will take and post some pictures when I see it in daylight.

Still really cannot make the choice!! If you could post some pics of your A4 in the daylight that would really help!! Mine is scheduled for being built on March the 20th so I am guessing I still have time to change. Up until the end of last week I was still adding additional extras.... :)

Also did you opt for the sports suspension and the large 19" V Spoke wheels??

the adaptive sport suspension will be better for the S-Line 19" V RS wheels, based on my current BMW F31 328i touring with 19" on standard sport suspension it's very hard... so i opt for adaptive on my B9 AVANT 2.0 TFSI Quattro.

daytona grey is nice with lots of pear purple at right sunlight angle, but IMHO it goes well actually with chrome style.

poole AUDI uk has a configurator daytonna grey with black styling

Daytona is great with Chrome, but don't get the titanium (dark) finished wheels, throws the whole look off (black styling they look fab).

Adaptive Damping the essential option I think on any car..

I was a little dubious about daytona, all my favourite cars have been blue! Went with it in the end as it was the only colour that I thought really suited the two tone 18" wheels. I was highly dubious about them too but wasnt willing to shell out 1k for the V poke and black pack, 19" also puts VED from 30 to 100+ on my spec.. figured I could always change the wheels later (got a set of two tone 19" speed line knockoffs in the shed from the b8). As it turns out I really like the combination of wheels and colour (pic on previous page) Sure Daytona is pretty common, but personally I dont really want the attention of standing out given my last car was robbed off my drive (it came back... eventually!) plus being on the mway all the time means which ever colour I buy ends up grey after a few days of salt :disappointed:

Well I shall maybe stick with Daytona and the 19" wheels and sports suspension. I have this setup on my current B8.5 and I still find it pretty good ride quality. Specially compared to my A3 which pretty much had scaffolding poles as suspension!! :tongueclosed:

I bought a house and an A4 Avant today :) It has my perfect spec, and more. The heads up display works very well, and I can't wait to try the matrix LEDs.

Picking it up on Saturday :)

How do u find the head up display? I saw HUD in a lexus last year it look extremely sharp and stunning with full color. However I recently test drove volvo s90 that had HUD but it was not as sharp and I found it annoying that I could see reflection of rectangular box within which info is displayed. I mean I would like to only see the actual info instead of a faint box area as well where the info displays?

I drove a test car with the heads up fitted, they actually have a different windscreen. Seemed clear enough to me and quite impressive.

Sorry Saeedshah, no hud in mine. For me I felt it a step too far into the new automotive technological world but I'm sure will suit some.

I promised a few members some pictures. A very quick wash (sorry) after three days road use:

I ordered January and been told May delivery, go figure

Mine started as BW 14, but has since slipped to BW 17. You've done well to get BW10.

Do you have an order number yet? If so get tracking on 'Your Audi'

I've got an order number but keeps coming up that the order number doesn't match the records.. think it's too early yet to track it

I think the order only shows on the tracker once the spec/order is locked. Logical I suppose, otherwise they would have to keep amending the spec on the tracker.

Car looks great with those rims, but suspension looks very high?

Also adding nearly 100 BHP in power translates to just a .2 second jump in flat line performance (same as the S5).. that doesn't sound a very impressive return for a warranty killing upgrade.

Agree with this but warranty should be ok. ABT are approved tuners I believe. In Europe anyway...my mate in Switzerland got his tuned at the dealer.

You can tune any car without voiding the warranty. Warranty is void when parts on the car fail due to tuneing the car. I know somebody who blew up there S1 engine after he over tuned it. The warranty was void and he had to pay for a replacement engine. :congratulatory:

Yeah that's what my dealer said too. It's all parts relevant now. No plans to tune my S4. Just lowering it.

You can buy an additional warranty from ABT but the Audi warranty wont cover the engine or gearbox blowing up. My dealer suggested any tune potentially voids the entire thing.

Outrageous, I ordered in Dec and have a June delivery, will build week still not confirmed. I thought it was the black styling holding it back, but clearly not. Grrrrr..

The replacement "donor" car for my Incorrectly spec'd car was ordered in January and I'm told an August delivery due to delays in factory production of engines!

Pretty sure its not the case in the UK...
