Hey guys

So I Believe my Turbo has finally given up on me but just in case it hasn't and its something daft like a switch etc.

Car began becoming slightly hesitant when it would come online. one day began to put a small amount of blue smoke out and by the end of that day my turbo Stopped coming online at all.

Anyone had this issue??

Check the router... I normally reboot mine when I have trouble coming online :)

However.... vernacular aside... have you check for fault codes?

checked with a Snap-On Versus Pro and its giving me MAF code thats it. which it was doing when i bought the car and hasn't affected turbo before

no boost as in zero on gauge?
possibly seized up, missing bits etc

Yes that's it Bill, Gauge reads -1 or 0 on full throttle and car is now very sluggish doesent want to rev past 2.5k Etc.

seized up.. so now a restriction to exhaust flow I suspect

unlucky dude..

Confirmed, TIP removed and the Compressor wheel does not spin.

New Turbo and Oil Feed Pipe to go on one day this week.

New Problem, new turbo is on new feed pipe is on and it all runs. Except now I'm running 28PSI not 22. This has me worried I'm gonna make it go bang.

I suspect its partially due to the actuator preload being different...

Unplug the N75 and see what actuator pressure is..

It may need a map tweak with the new turbo to dial it in

Yea map tweek is what I thought. How safe is it for the time being as getting to Gloucester isn't exactly easy for me atm

8psi before 4000RPM 17psi after. This safe until I can get it tweaked

Actuator pressure is actuator pressure. If its got a 10 psi actuator for example, it shouldn't boost any more than 10 psi at any rev range as the wastegate will have blown open.

Unless the wastegate flap is getting stuck, or is too small causing boost creep?
OEM Turbo? Hybrid? Uprated actuator?
Chinese copies are known for boost creep

booked in with bill for map tweek but i bought it as a New unit from Turboactive
