yourAudi - Track New Car Order

I cant login to the MMI connect app. It asks for a username but my "youraudi" login is an email. I tried that and it doesnt work :(
 
I had to register on myaudi HERE

Then use those details for MMI connect App.

Omg! My car only spent 1 day in QC its now moved to in transit. That was a bit of a shock. Expected it to b at least a week in there. Im not complaining though

Moved to 'in preparation' today. Hopefully get it earlier than I thought
 
Confirmed by my dealer that my car is en-route to the overseas port (Emden) to await shipment to Grimsby.

Also I was told: "The car will be applied with half a tank of fuel as per Audi’s delivery standards, and will come with 5 days complimentary drive-away insurance for you to get the vehicle home. Details of this service will be provided at the time we confirm the handover date."
 
Also just left the factory :) I'm guessing most people that were in QC last week with me are the same position?

Yes mine was more than likely with yours....had confirmation yesterday it was leaving although its told me that since Weds on My Audi. Dealer said it takes up to 4 weeks by the time they get it....Didnt want to hear 4 weeks!

Yup, got my cover note through yesterday after I'd been in on Saturday to arrange delivery, you can put a partner on as well.

ditto - I guess we may or may not end up in/on the same boat depending on where the cars are going to! I think mine will be on ship called gran canaria car as I am making an assumption that as I am East Anglia based the entry port will be Sheerness and that appears to be the ship?? I see you are a bit of a night owl from the timing of your posts!

After a little surfing on the interweb I reckon mine will be in Sheerness on the 6 sept.. Not a night owl but might have my time settings wrong on my profile

Well with me being in glasgow i take it that mine will be going to the tyne port. I dunno about ships so not even gonna look. Hopefully it wont be too long till its on a ship though
 
I know it's very sad but I think a vessel arrived at Grimsby today at 14:15 so it says...

My dealer confirmed the VIN number (same as using the public API on YourAudi) and I've used it to add my car to MyAudi. so far so good.

is there any downside to doing this before delivery? I want to do it too but a little concerned if it causes any issues?

So you should be able to send an address to the Sat Nav...? What else can you do right now?

I did this when I ordered my previous car (BMW) (out of curiosity) and caused amusement at the garage as they saw there was a message when doing the PDI. Imagine their surprise when they were met with 'Hello new car, looking forward to driving you!'

Will do the same when I'm able to - have plumbed my VIN in ready ....

As far as I'm aware this is scheduled to load cars and depart the 9th, unless I'm missing something.

Sorry. It says ETA, so that will be the date/time it arrives PORT OF TYNE.
 
Im sending myself crazy trying to look for ships and departure times lol ill wait till my tracker tells me its arrived
