Toying with the idea of an Exhaust upgrade - Any recommendations?

Hi All,

I may only have a V6 TDI but it does sound good when you give it some welly... so it got me thinking that a more free flowing exhaust system would help make it sound even better.

I noticed Audi do a sports exhaust kit but from my understanding the Active Sound kit is more of an amplifier rather than a more free flowing exhaust system (I could be wrong):

Has anyone got an aftermarket / custom exhaust system on their V6 TDI?
If so, which one did you go for?

256 views and not a single recommendation.

I think that should tell you something when it comes to putting aftermarket exhausts onto any diesel car.

Id invest in a diesel tune instead.

Haha... I also had 101 views in the tuning forum and 0 replies... I am surprised there was no feedback considering there are plenty of 3.0TDI after market / custom exhausts on the forum members cars whether it be an A3/A4/A5/A6 ect.

I've seen a nice A5 exhaust but obviously the A7 is longer so I can't just buy that one of the shelf.

Have you tried talking to our site sponsor @BCS Nige ? Nige and Dave are both well thought of and there custom exhausts ate talked about and owned by many on the forum

I did see @BCS Nige posts but they are fair bit 'up north' from London... none the less I will ask what they can offer.
