When I bought my 2013 a4 the dealer I bought it from (miles away) put by mistake the wrong front passenger mat in.
I bought a set off eBay only £15, now I know you get what you pay for but just wanted some to tide me over the winter.

Now a want a decent set choices I've got are (I think)

A) main dealer (whats the price anyone know?)
B) oem style from elsewhere (anyone have any recommendations?)

Going to ring main dealers tomorrow but I'm expecting to have to hand them my monthly salary

Cheers Mark

What's the pile like? Is it thick and packed together like official mats.

And like the motif

I have used these guys http://www.qtmdirect2u.com for their Prestige and SuperLuxury mats and I've been impressed for the price. They will also make single mats if required. Owners of A5 Sportbacks should order A4 B8 mats (DAMHIK).

Hope this helps.....

Cheers I'll look into that. All I need is the front passenger mat, the rest are fine.

I got mine from the main dealer and I the they came in at about £120

My car came with a new set of mats in which were a perfect fit and felt quite nice but they were slightly off from the colour of the carpet so annoyed me.

I can't comment on longevity of non OE mats, but the oe set I put in my b6 s4 have about 40,000 miles on them, still look as good as new and don't even have a heel mark in the drivers mat. Although you may pay a little more from the dealer, they may last a bit longer

Not meaning to sound stupid. But whereabouts is that section located? Had a quick look on the phone can see it?

Ignore that found it. I'll have to fire up the laptop when I get in.

Ok dealers are (as said) £120 I'd be interested to know the pile of these.

Autostlye 850g pile £67 delivered.

QTMD 900g pile £45.98 delivered.

Stuck trying to get a request into Mike as everytime I click on the link on my phone opens up Web browser to ASN which then doesn't accept my tapatalk login details.

Been told these ultimate mats are 10mm deep pile. Anyone fancy doing me a favour (if they have original audi mats) and try and measure the pile if possible.

And one more favour can't seem to get a request to Mike for price for original audi mats? Could someone please ask on my behalf?

Ordered a set from QTMD
£45.98 delivered

Couldn't justify spending £100 on mats. This way if after a couple of years they are worn I can buy another set and still of spend less (It's the northerner in me coming out)
Emailed all companies and spoke to them about thickness of mats etc... All sound pretty much the same.

Emailed manufacturer. Looked at the wife's a3 with fitted audi oem mats and they match the carpet colour. I'd ordered black and my carpets dark grey.
Asked them if the anthracite colour was a close match? Apparently it is so I've changed colour to anthracite see what they like when they turn up.

Mats turned up yesterday. Very pleased with them

One at the bottom is oem, top one cheap £14 set and the other is the new ones.

Thicker than oem mats and very good fit better imo.

Audi said mine should have jet black mat with dark grey edging. But QTMD mats are anthracite with black piping.
Cheap set very very thin and thread is bobbling, I'll keep these for winter and when the cars in for a service.

Well serves me right for not checking them. Went to fit them today (after cleaning inside the car) and they've sent me 2 rear passenger mats by mistake. And the drivers mat fastening clip distance is too narrow by 5mm which puts the mat under too much tension so it just pops off. Messaged company see what they say.

Drivers mat sorted needed to clip pulling hard across to move it couple of mm. Sending out new rear drivers mat.
