URGENT HELP NEEDED HUB HOUSING REMOVAL

trying to get this hub housing out to replace it having an absolutle nightmare with the top arms not wanting to come out of the housing and the two bottom knuckles not shifting either.. anyone have any advise at all please?? need this done today thanks

Have you not got a ball joint splitter? Thought you'd done the hardest part removing the pinch bolt !!!

The guy i was going to be borrowing has left it at work so im left to try think up something myself! yeah i thought i had.. this just gets worse and worse lol

Before you take the arms off have you removed the drive shaft bolt?

Afraid you'll have to enlist the services of the ball joint splitter, the one that has the screw stud to gradually wind the joint apart. Using the Birmingham screwdriver is just going to break things.

Sorry for the late postings had the car back on the road the day after this post, mangaed to find a friend breaking a b6 a4 which luckly enough the hub housing swaped right over, bar the abs and break bad sensor clicks being different i just swaped them over and the car lives to drive another day!!!! lesson learned with the top arm pinch bolt! stay away unless you know what your doing
