Hi all,
purchased a 3.0 tdi cab with 90k. I drove around for two days. no problems. then popped home to get changed. Went back out to my car jumped in and pulled away fine out of the drive. Then i went to pull out of the road. engine died. then wouldnt start. eventually got it started decided to see how far i could get. happened again. called the AA out the guy was ever so helpful. but with no result of resolving the issue.
fault code the aa guy was p0200 injector circuit malfunction.
I eventually got it home after multiple restarts and the engine not starting and stalling.
I've found that if i take it gently and hardly use the throttle its fine and only once in a while it will cuts out. It happens every time you put your foot down. which is no good with your newly freshly purchased car.
there is no smoke when idling or when driving around.
Took it the garage they said it could be the throttle body. so we unplugged it and it was still happening. - would that work?
Any ideas, trawled through the forums with no one with the same issue.
If anyone had an idea it would be most grateful.
thank you
