New 2015 RS3!!!

Was up at the dealers Sunday doing a few things before pick up Tuesday, here are a few more photos

Beautiful...sadly there aren't many pictures online of the new RS3 in Glacier white, so seeing yours gets me more and more excited for mine! :hubbahubba:

Hey, week 42 build, so mid Nov pick up still. Been like that for a long time now. Hope to see it locked in 4-5 weeks :)

One week before mine... I need to check-in with Audi when I get home next week!

Hi guys, have any of you seen already real measurement of 0-100 acceleration? Catalogue is 4.3, but seeing Stage 1 S3 acceleration in about 4.0 I am wondering if RS3 is worse than tuned S3? A friend of mine checked his 370ps S3 8V and it was 4s spot on.

A lot of cars are actually doing 60 in about 4. Some tests have got 60 in under 4. A boy on one of the forums had one for test drive, timed it with a proper v box, 60 in 3.5 and 100 in 9.5 which is pretty good going

Thanks billyali86, indeed good result... I will be trying mine with Racelogic Tuesday next week if the weather is good and dry!

ABT Sportsline officially quotes 0 to 100 kph in 4.1 for their 430ps / 530Nm remap for the 8v RS3.
I guess using 0 to 100 kph to indicate performance is only part of the story and an indicator of how well it translates to day to day driving when adding 63ps of power.

Hi guys, yesterday, after 2,000 km of driving already, I checked the oil level - it is perfect, not even 0.1 liter has been "eaten".

This car is stunning. It gives me exactly what I had expected + something more (good fuel consumption at constant speeds). It is fast and safe (overtaking has never been so easy), it brakes very well, it's comfy (at least for my needs), boot is just enough, sound... oh my . I only turn Drive Select to Comfort on motorway above 120km/h as this loud sound is a bit tiring then. The rest of time I choose Individual with exhaust turned to Dynamic (rest in Comfort). I have normal dampers and they are really good, especially if we consider poor Polish roads and 19" wheels. I have written already in another thread that this suspension is just a bit stiffer than my father's Mazda 6. I don't use this RS3 as a track car, I don't even know if it ever hits a track. As a daily driver it is just perfect. B&O sounds amazing, interior is luxurious and cosy, everything works just fine. Fantastic car

I really wanted the V-Spokes. The one thing that has let the RS3 down is the choice of wheels..

Agreed! I have the same wheels that are offered for the RS3 on my TT and and they are looking a bit dated tbh
I think when I put my order in I will just go for the standard wheel option, keep these for the winter and purchase a different set like billyali86's for the summer

As for the RSQ3, it has awesome Power, Sounds mega, Handles surprisingly well & in my Opinion, its better looking than the New RS3.............I find those very Bland looking & I just cant get my head round the 'Unsporty' Sportback shape!

so what shape do you think the RSQ3 is?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

To the existing owners with the 255 front tyres - how's the turning circle? If you've driven an S3 (8V), please compare.

Floret silver seems to be quite a sexy colour !

Floret silver IS really nice - it's a much darker shade of silver than the old one and looks great.
Silver does look great but is a very hard colour to match if the worst was ever to happen...I had a TT in silver and the door needed respraying, I landed up having to have the whole side done because of colour mismatch

i ordered my s3 with the oem v spokes, and went as far as buying the rs4 reps to have a more concave face in a 19x8.5 +42 - the oem wheels were too flat faced in a 19x8.0

i was about to do same with a set of rotor reps in a 19x8.5+45 for the rs3, but open seeing the oem rs3 and reps in flesh side by side, they are different designs. the oem rs3 wheel looks more modern with more angling on the spokes. the machined edge is also more defined

ill just add some spacers to get the stance right
