Is anyone else having problems with the above? For over a week I cannot access my account via the MMI. When I try to relink my account on myaudi I get a message stating connection failed.

Looking at the age of your car it could be that your Audi Connect subscription has expired, I think it is only a 3 year licence when the car is new. I notice on the new Q7 it is only free for 3 months

The car was purchased brand new in December 2014. The licence hasn't expired - I need to update my bio!

I think Audi paid third party developers, possibly Twitter or Facebook themselves to make a version of the app to work on Audi Connect.

Since Audi have stopped doing this on future cars (starting with Q7) due to apple carplay and other type stuff, there is no point in custom automotive made app systems, so the funding might have stopped and as the platforms develop, it may have just been switched off. Someone on another forum mentioned Facebook no longer works too.

That was probably me. I have been jinxed with connect, problems with text dictation licence, phone book download, Facebook and now Twitter.
