Mate thats Black Beaufort/ Aluminium. I've seen it once. It's gorgeous. Have seen the light version as well. Just as nice. Pricey. Parts? The webs your friend.

I'm sure as with everything... it won't be long until there will be a quality wrap out there that will give this look. I waited a little time for a quality dark brushed steel wrap for my trims, it soon appeared on ebay from 3M

If I recall the lighter version is an option on a Q5 and around 2k... but chances are the Q5 parts will be a straight swap.
