Advanced Key issue

Don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but when I have my key in the same pocket as my iPhone (6) the unlocking system on the car doesn't work terribly well. Usually it's a seamless process, putting your hand inside the handle and it unlocking, but when the key and the phone are next to each other it takes a few attempts to unlock.

Also, unrelated topic, does the S3 really not have ventilated brake discs, or is it just mine? For a 'sporting car' would have thought these were essential.
 
Any remote key could have 'issues' if it is too close to a mobile phone...

Does, that photo shows a ventilated disc. The discs are center ventilated, and this provides about 1.9 times the surface area as a non-ventilated disc.

They are not drilled.
 
Thanks for the replies. I think my bad with regards to the ventilated discs. Always assumed they had to be drilled in order to be ventilated.

But still, would expect S3 to have drilled brakes?

Yeah I got confused with that... if you want sexy brakes get an RS3...
