Veeeight Appreciation Thread

Not wishing to take anything away from the Bristol Hound Appreciation Society (sorry,Thread) but if we are giving out plaudits then I think a big one should go to veeeight. This guy is amazing! If he was retired and did nothing else but answer questions on this Forum he would be a treasure but I think I’m right in saying that he has a real job and yet he still finds time to not only answer so many questions but his wealth of knowledge is unsurpassed. I for one have found that his helpfulness and encyclopaedic knowledge has been so useful to me in my learning curve about my A3.

And let's not forget that he almost single-handedly provided the links which has made the FAQs so useful to new (and old!) members. I think he must have a cross-referenced database to be able to pull out the previous threads that he does!

So let’s hear it for veeeight!

Completely agree, I can't thank veeeight enough for all the effort he put into the FAQ, I constantly look up information in there and everytime veeeight has provided exactly what I am looking for. I also appreciate his honest reviews of the S3 vs other cars even if it comes across as S3 :audibash:

at times.

Agree on the Veeeight appreciation - more knowledge than anyone here, and probably more than most Audi techs!

FAQs were a huge effort and just brilliant.

UPDATE: as my S3 is now on the way to the dealer and in light of this thread I might have to reject the car at handover and buy a Peugeot 107 instead (tongue in cheek)
