Newer style Audi key fob

Pictures?

Did you transfer the internal circuit over or did you find a Bentley key that worked on 433 frequency?

Bently Style, still got a audi badge on it. Just a bit smarter than the standard black keyfobs, i bought my key from a mobile dealer that goes all over the country supplying, cutting and coding them, http://www.autosolutions-autolocksmiths.co.uk/ pretty sure that's his website. Can't remember how much it cost me but i know it was under £100 (and it's saved me plenty more than that seeing as a few weeks after i got it i locked my keys in the car!).

This is a pic of mine, i believe he has a newer type now with a brushed aluminium rim around the buttons

It's not just painted plastic either, it is actually which is a nice touch for a rep, gives a nice bit of weight to it. Not going to be to everyone's tastes but i much prefer it over my standard plastic key
 
Looks really neat, I think if you changed your gear knob to the 8P S3 and got the aluminium wing mirrors. Would compliment the car well. OEM+ :)

thanks, @Danio thats what i want is the newer Audi key. did you just transfer the immobiliser chip into the new key then just sync'd the unlock/lock feature with the new key?

im guessing the new key has to use the same frequency so 433mhz.
 
No it is not that easy.

I've tried that what u were saying but unfortunately the frequency chip has got 434MHz where the ours is 433

Soldering onto new (old 8l board) did not give u nothing. It just won't let u adapt that key. So I've decided to go to electrician who build new board for 8P style key with all old stuff. And that how it works.
 
i think i've found out that the some of the A4/S4 new style keys use 433mhz.
