Hey all,
I want to change my 2008 SLine 3.0TDI twin exhaust to a Milltek Quad Cat Back.
What diffuser options do I have to accommodate the new quad outlet?
Obviously S4 replacement would do it but are there any other aftermarket diffusers for the S Line bumper I can only find them for the Non SLine.
Has any one modified and cut out the existing S Line to accommodate quad exhaust tips?
Thanks for any help you can give.

If you are spending the money on a Milltek I'm sure you will want to do it rite and make it look it's best, why not the S4 diffuser? I have just sold mine but was an easy option for me as it was the best looking diffuser for the sline, if you cut your existing diffuser you will loose the lines and end up. Uying an S4 one anyway if you ever sell the motor you then have to buy a new diffuser to put back to standard. Also why milltek and not custom, milltek are overpriced in my opinion and never seem to sound too great either :/ here's a pic of mine with custom 87mm tips and the s4 diffuser

Thanks for the reply,
Are there any recommendations on the make of Cat Back? I want a good tone but not a Loud one.
Has anyone had a Cobra Sport fitted or a Powerflow? Thanks for any help you can give before I make my decision.

Hi Brennan, you mean my SLine when I take it off? What do you think it's worth?

Yeah mate the one you have now. I was thinking of putting a twin exit on my car. Not sure on price though

Isn't your car a Non SLine? The SLine diffuser only fits an SLine bumper, you would need to get a non SLine 2.0T or V6tdi diffuser to fit yours.

I've seen a custom one done (s-line cut to accommodate quad tips) but done properly where they recreated the same lip as on the 4 cylinder s-line diffuser. Looked great

Other option is a Deval CF one but it's pricey

Ahh, then yes it will fit. I thought you had a black SE at some point, no?
Anyway, I'm ordering the S4 diffuser this week so I will let you know when it's changed over, probably not till about end of next week.

Ordered the S4 diffuser today, £130 inc shipping for the SLine one if you want it when I've swapped Aaron?

Well I rang audi today and it is £62.50 for a brand new quattro diffuser, and that's before my discount.

Was that including the honeycomb insert? The S4 one is £75 plus £116 for the trim piece.

Probably not the honeycomb insert but I can use that off my old diffuser

Ok. Mines sold already anyway. I think a new one will look better on your car. I'll post a pic of my S4 look this weekend as the exhaust is being fitted tomorrow at Cobra Sports.

I have an A4 B8 3.0TDI Avant with the S-line bumpers from 2010.

Looking for a S4 or even RS4 style diffuser to get quad tips on both sides.
What is the best option?
The oem part from audi for the S4 version?

Is this correct:

And in that case do i need this also:

What aftermarket (china) options is there for the s-line bumper?
Almost all on ebay are for the normal SE bumpers.

Is there something that is bolt-on for the s-line bumper to get the RS4 style exit?

I know the Devon one but its really pricey and im also located outside the US so theres import tax...
