Car hesitated tonight when accelerating - S3 Stage 2+

After looking at the logs it makes more air mass and more boost with fuel on 5 than it does on 6 or 7!
It pulls better higher up the revs on fuel 5 so you'd think 9 would be limited!
 
Im on 8 boost, 5 timing and 6 fuel atm on stage 2+
Mine was set up on the road too.
 
DMF and Clutch Kit ordered ;)

That's my Christmas present to myself sorted lol.

Hey guys I have now taken delivery of my clutch kit and new DMF but now I am being advised that I should also replace the slave cylinder. Did you do this @Marshy ? If so where did you get it? Thanks.
 
Did you not buy the kit from Samtech performance? That kit had the slave with it.
Either buy a genuine one from dealer or Tps or a sachs one from eurocarparts

Yeah I did mate. Is a "Sachs Release Bearing" the same thing as a slave cylinder?

That's why I sent you to Samtech as most don't supply them with the release bearing/slave cylinder
You'll need some gear oil now mate

They'll probably drain it when removing the box anyway, so it's best replaced with some genuine stuff!
It's up to you though?
Your car should be like mine with the transfer box separate so 2 litres should do you.

Would the garage not do this as standard anyway? I will mention it to them anyway to make sure.
