I know how you feel. I'll update on my saga once I am satisfied with the arrangements I get to know about today - no collection as planned, gutted.
 
This was my car on the African Highway back in April. It's docked at the New River Terminal Grimsby (too new to be shown on the map) ;)

Yes - my dealer said it arrived at port - then cleared for shipping - then loaded on ship. Can't remember the codes. Looks like you are waiting for African Highway to come back?
 
On train now to collect, ETA for collection 40 mins!

No reply from dealer, guess my guy is off today. No time to call them so the suspense continues until tomorrow! Boat nearly here ;)

Look what arrived with my detailer over lunch while I signed my life away. Collection tomorrow, happy face back on. Have not seen it in the flesh yet, want the full handover experience in 22hrs time LOL.

For all thoses build weeks 37 - 40 who have not collected yet, hang in there, the wait is so worth it.

Launch control is insane!
 
Woohoo - having been told Monday it was still in Emden and may leave Wednesday or Friday this week - had the promised call today for next update and now it's here in UK port so all being well T-10days to collection. 1 year without an S3 has been a year too long.

My sales person is off there for some event too.

The car's arrived and undergoing PDI. I think I could have it Saturday but my sales guy was indirectly saying let him return to make sure its all ok before hand over, so it's next week.

My 3.2 has gone and I'm on a 1.6 (half an engine..ha!), it's slow, painful, I guess it takes me from A to B though, it like's whacking my knee every time I get in.

I should be more excited but feeling a bit of a downer over people gorping and may be even trying to take the car, or am I just being silly, who knows. Seems like your average gangster can spruce around in a nice car but I can't!

Thanks - I have actually bought both those in a badge for the gecko and vinyl for the Quattro but not sure given how it will read on left /right sides so also bought the audi rings as well. This all during the time to wait for it to arrive but not sure I want to apply them myself so any good companies that would do some small works for me is what I am looking for?
 
Still no sign of my RS5........
The wait for info is now boring me.

Where you thinking of having the gekko badge?

I'm sure some companies will apply for you but should be fairly straight forward really.
 
If it arrived at the dealer yesterday (confirmed by the dealer) do you think it's possible to get it prepped and registered for Saturday?
