Hello all

New owner here of a (57) 2007 S3 in solid brilliant red. Loving the car so far but in desperate need of your help.

Would anyone be able to advise if the Glove box ipod connector could be converted to a standard mp3 aux jack? I have no use for anything apple! :)

Head unit is a Symphony 6cd changer

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!! thanks

I have that connector in my glove box and I plugged my iPod in but can't get it to play. How does it work?
 
Im no audio expert but i believe you cant convert it . The options you'd have would be to buy a cheap ipod and permanently have it in there, but be aware it doesn't charge the ipod. Or you can buy an adaptor that would allow you the unit to function for AUX. Im sure a quick search on the forum will bring up some more detailed fitting procedures. Nice S3 pal, love the red! Would like to see some more photos!
