Hi guys n gals I posted this in wrong section before so hopefully this is right one
Well long time lurker on the site so thought about time to join an kinda tell u where I am at with my new audi
Right here goes
After buying a a; s line quattro the 2.0 tfsi
A 59 plate 32,000 genuine miles I was well pleased with it
Till the oil kept running low so after some research on it o seen it everywhere with these engine so to say I was gutted would be saying it lightly
1 litre every 200 miles it go through and since I did not buy it from audi I was thinking that's me stuck with a car I have paid for
So my cousin a mechanic calls audi and after a few exchanges my car got booked in for oil consumption test got a free service and valet
And I go back once oil light comes on for stage 2
If oil still low they replace pistons and something else and also have given me extended warranty as well
So I am well happy with the way things are going it has not cost me a penny so far
I just wanted to share this with you guys on here as I have read about it in posts on here and thought I would just report on what's being done with the car
Going to have a look around the site now and check out some of the cars
