My car has been surplus to requirements for over a year, but decided to put her back on the road. She drove perfect for 8 days but then developed a bit of a splutter/ misfire. Just checked the plugs and 3,5 & 6 are covered in oil, I'm guessing this is the cause but why are they wet, rocker...

Wow can't believe I'm the only one this has happened too, shocked

I've owned a 2000 A4 2.8q with a tiptropic for 3yrs and it drives like a dream, quick with silky smooth gear changes. I recently bought a 2003 A6 2.5q diesel with the same box and it also drives spot on

My A4 and my new ever so roomy A6, so get me on the list :-)
