Sorry for such a newb post, as im sure its been asked a million and one times, but after searching I couldnt decipher what oil was best to go for for a 1.8 SE A3. 0-5 W30 fully synthetic, but what difference is there if i buy 0W30, or 5W30? Is there an oil which is 'better than the rest'...

Front tyres have seen nearly 3k, and backs about 5k, so pretty new. Can you explain what you mean when you say 'shakes the pedal'...? When I say my pedal bounces, its not really violently, just enough to confuse me. lol.

Well i was complaining of a knocking noise at slow speed, and then the day i was driving to the garage, I had to brake hard, and the bouncing happened. Im new to 'newer cars' so just happened to mention it. They told me that the ABS pump must be on its way out, but was perfectly safe to drive...
