Not really high spec, Apart from the decat pipe,coilovers and wheels its a tidy standard 1.8t sport.

I have only had my 2000 1.8t sport for a couple of months but i cant really justify having a car like this for my two mile journey to work every day so its up for sale in the classifieds and on edition38. £2795 ovno

Checked for dtc's this morning and nothing to report, What kind of reading should i be getting from the mass on idle??

I have done before and will again tomorrow. Wondering if the air mass is reading out even though it looks new it may still be a bit wonky!! Since putting injectors back in after cleaning(with new seals) seem to be getting petrol smell on cold start but no signs of leaking anywhere!

Just checked mine out again and i've just done 125 miles to £26 of fuel. Works out at just over 25mpg. boo whoo

It seems to get up to temperature pretty quick and does sit at 90c. Do you think i should be able to get more than 27-28 mpg??

My b5 1.8t doesn't seem to be able to do more than 27-28mpg even if i drive it really sensibly. last week i sent the injectors away to be ultrasonicly cleaned before that i gave it a really good service with all the filters and plugs being changed,have checked out the ecu with our diagnostic...

Garrett clone! I like that and that is what it's supposed to be,just at a fraction of the cost!

I bought it for my aircooled VW splitscreen van but have another baby on the way so massive turbo motors are not really sensible!
