Post pics of your B7 A4/S4!

That looks really smart mate.

I'm trying to get back into an A4, just one problem 'dog' and don't want an avant.

Here's some I took at the weekend.......

As I have moved from a B6 to a B7, I thought I had better introduce myself into the B7 section..........

So out with the old...

How does it feel to go from a B6 S4, to a B7 2.0T?

Excuse the crap pics... I took these very quickly with my camera set up incorrectly!

Damn camera got stolen in Cape Town, so other than my crappy iPhone, I'm camera-less :(

I had posted some pics up before, but the cars changed a bit since when I got it... it now looks like this..

The fronts now running FK projector lenses, and soon to be a cupra R splitter on there too...

IMG_4685_2.jpg

also running UK pressed plates as well.

And the back end was finished off last night, its now been fully debadged, running a B8 aero wiper with a cut down blade so it clean as much of the rear window as poss, and a twin exit Miltek system that was on Nobbers avant before with the rear valance in gloss black to be a little different, plus its non S line which I think helps make the back end look alot smoother and neater.

Looking good there M7R. Pleased you got the Milltek all sorted out. Have you painted the new rear valance? Loks much better darker IMO, more agressive :respekt:

COuld you give some more info on your B8 rear aero please? And purhaps part numbers and prices, the stock wiper on the B6/B7 really sucks!

the valance was silver when it was on Nobbers car, but I couldnt get quartz grey from Halfords so I thought Id go gloss black ala the RS4s etc, and I feel its worked really well, and looks pretty good to say it was rattle can painted down the side of the garage

Ill get the part numbers up later for the B8 rear wiper conversion...its made it loads better!! and looks a hell of aot neater!

Well i had my B7 now for about a year, thought i best put some pics up!

Mate popped round with his B6, and it seemed to get in a few pics!

Lowering the car and spacing the rear wheels slightly is next on the list, but it will have to wait a while as the focus for my spare cash has moved towards a new boat now! It sits a bit lower than that pic shows (the left front wheel was in a depression on the slipway there), so I'm not in any immediate rush anyway.

The wheels were painted in a specially mixed paint, and they are matt. The colour is based on Vauxhall's "Technical Grey", but had a flattening agent added to remove the gloss, and then the paint was sealed with a satin lacquer. A friendly Vauxhall bodyshop manager did the work at a very good rate, thanks to my dad's company buying several dozen vehicles from them!!

I was going to change the Milltek exhaust tips for quad finishers, but I've changed my mind following loads of good comments about these...so they're staying!

Looks good Haggler! I need to post pics of mine, however mine looks exactly the same as yours, so perhaps I'll just borrow your pics lol!

Thanks dickys3 just got it a couple of weeks ago
First on my list is some ADT @ Millbrook Race Track
Have found Cat Driver Training provide Audi training there specific to your own model in both road and track driving.

Yellowtrophy, is that a final edition cab? I saw one at the dealership and it had the same exhaust surround as yours.

I'm going to cheat with the exhaust for now - I'm just going to get my tailpipes replaced for 100mm inwardly rolled ones like the Milltek, rather than the stock black Special Edition ones which remind me of a diesel a bit!

Longlife quoted me £75 to supply & fit new tailpipes which I can't really so no to :)

Some lovely examples on here.
Heres mine, standard atm but won't be for to long.

StateOfPlay - Car looks really nice, do you have any mod ideas for it ?

Is that a cat I can see on the last photo on the left hand side ? if so watch out because they love sitting on the roof when it's had a little sunshine on it as it stays nice and warm. I used to have to get next doors car off mine at least once a day but since I threw a couple of buckets of water over it I haven't seen him on there since :eyebrows:

Yes, that is a cat you see, I have 4 of them. And yes, they do like laying on the roof on a nice summers day. Fortunatley they don't seem to do any harm.

I don't have any Mod ideas, it looks so nice once it has been polished anyway!

Suggestions welcome though.
