Sorry to hear about that mate .. you know, some folks call us sad and say "its only a peice of metal" but when you work/graft ****** HARD! to own decent motors i find it sad that some sickos take pleasure in effing about with other peoples properties - may they contract a long,painful venerial disease!!
just been checking vagcom, and it does auto lock if you,ve unlocked the car, but not entered it. It assumes you've made a mistake and re-locks the car.
I think otherwise you're in danger of locking your keys in the car.
They nicked, the Ipod vidieo 30gig out the glove box, my hackett sunglasses, and my wallet. which i forgot to take out.
Been on the phone all morning cancelling cards. Nightmare.
So I now have no money, half a tank of petrol, and no cards to get money out with. Also we've got no bread so I can't even have some lunch or buy any!!!!
I hate pikeys.

il second that, we work hard to buy the car, keep it running, put effort in to keep it clean, and some pikey cant afford anything tries to nick it and if caught will probably get like 1 months community service and a £200 fine, yet we loose out on a lovely car, and possibly insurance due to us having to make a claim!

at least you still got the car though mate, have you checked it over for damage?
yea i know, if you unlock it after like 30 seconds or something it re-locks it. i guess that is when its good to have them funny card things that lock the car when the card is not detected inside the car!
First of all really sorry to hear this. Little b*stards they are! My partner dad caught some boys trying to break into the neighbour car a few weeks ago. He gave them a right scare not been back since! Little shits. But lucky they never put a window through, stratched/damaged the car or even stole it. Does my heading when i hear about car getting broken into. People work hard for things they want in live and then there people who think they can do what they want! Touch wood no ones tried mine yet! The thing about this all that for your ipod and wallet now you got to wait for cards to come out and cancell old ones. And plus like you said you have no money. All that trouble for probably a minute or less it took them to get the stuff. Once again sorry to hear this mate

well as you say i guess ita a good thing is was unlocked as they probably would have smashed your window in!
this explains my trip out experience the other day.. i was cleaning car.. well lubing rubber seals to be precise but anyway.. windows open and i kept unlicking car to prevent alarm goin off.. put keys in pocket and few minutes later it locks? 1st time round i think keys must have rubbed and locked it.. so i unlock it.. same thing happens. this was a sunday morning so a bit worse for ware.. i really though something strange was goin on..

sorry to hear that mate, ****** wa*kers makes my blood boil they spoil other peoples pride and joy for no reason what so ever. some really sick people get kicks out doing low stuff like this. Hope it all gets sorted mate.

I think when they catch the bleeders doing stuff like this,they should send them abroad to Taliban mountain region (Not Gran Canaria) to do their community service,clearing electronic devices in the ground

Fantastic idea.....maybe with the introduction of a blind fold.
Some bloke from balfour betie construction came round at about 4 saying he was working about 1 mile away, and found some cards, and a driving liscence. Yep mine.
At least I don't need to replace that.
My wife and I went out and trailed the route he told us about on foot, and found more of the contents of my wallet. Wa*kers. they must have been going through it on the move and just ditching stuff.
Gutted. My Makro card's gone too.
So in short, our little CSI South Yorkshire effort was alot less fun than it looks in Miami or newyork! Also alot more fruitless.
If I find them, I will burn thier house / caravan down with them in it!!
